Quality Special Education Needs (SEN) Curriculum
We strive to provide an up to date and high standard special needs education. Every child is initially assessed and an Individual Education Plan (IEP) is drawn to tackle their needs. We use a very holistic approach, which incorporates therapies throughout the day.
Multi therapy Support Service
We provide a multi therapy multi disciplinary support. This includes Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Applied Behavior analysis (ABA) for behavior therapy, Educational, Psychology, Music , Movement and Play therapies and much more. Therapies are incorporated in activities and learning throughout each school or home day to achieve maximum results.
Home Program
The home program involves creating an individualized package within each home environment. The assessment process involves the parents, families, our education and therapy teams to provide the ideal environment at home and training for all those involved in caring for the child at home. This is regularly monitored on a monthly or quarterly basis.
After School 1:1 and Group Classes
After school classes or therapy is available upon request for kids from Special Schools or Mainstream Schools who may need extra SEN support or Therapy. This could be provided in the School environment or at Home.
Staff training is also provided as requested and regularly updated to support staff in the mainstream schools who have kids with mild needs and or above average intelligence.
Mainstream School Support
We are happy to have started supporting children with various needs in the Mainstream or Regular schools since 2016 in Ghana. Most children in regular schools who have mild to moderate special need or specific learning difficulties such as Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, ADD, Down’s Syndrome and various forms of educational difficulties could now have the support of our high quality support services.
They could receive weekly support at REYO Paddock School or support within their regular schools by our experienced and highly trained staff. Please contact our school administration on 0205387561 for more information on Mainstream/Regular school support
